My current series is efforts to archive past down values and family traditions using Indian threads & fabrics.  And hence threads & fabrics meets my love for cubes! Threads in my work are not just colorful fiber of various textures, but metaphors for the resilience of migration, adaptation and yet holding on to my cultural identity.
Fabrics here are beyond their functional use but an invitation to its viewer to step into the echoes of their past, relive emotions, or even reinterpret their own cultures and histories.
